How is this different than regular double sided sticky tape?

Regular sticky tapes are not designed to be applied on any furniture. You risk peeling off your couch and the tape dropping off hours after putting them on. The Couch Guard is thick and made with strong adhesive that sticks extremely well.

The Couch guard can easily be cut providing you a variety of sizes and shapes that suit your needs. It covers at least TWICE more area than any similar products on the market. 

Does Couch Guard stick well?

Yes! During our extensive test, Couch Guard has proved that the combination of self-adhesive sheets and twist pins is very effective and the sheets will stay in place for a very long time.

What kind of furniture works well with Couch Guard?

We designed the Couch Guard to work well with all kinds of furniture. You can use it on fabric, leather or wooden furniture, as well as carpet and staircase!

Do I have to use twist pins? Will the twist pins leave a mark on my couch?

We recommend the use of the twist pins because they are very effective in supporting the protectors so they won't fall off and stay flat around the corners of the couch. On fabric, the mark is nearly invisible. Some customers only secure the top corners with pins since the sheets are self-adhesive.

Will Couch Guard shield help me to train my cat?

Yes! Cats are very smart animals. Most of the time, they will choose to scratch your furniture when you're not around. Couch Guard will discourage scratching on furniture without the cat viewing you as the troll that guards the couch.
